Are you curious about how other people see you?
Know more about your personal relationship with power.
Through this experiential workshop, learn more about your innate power and how you use it or repress it when relating to others. We will explore which powerstyle you most use in different situations.
Power is the ability to have an effect. When we are not conscious of using our power wisely we can harm others. This includes our personal, role, status and collective power.
In the workshop you will learn about role differences and responsibilities as a person in up-Power and down-Power roles.
You will leave this workshop with more knowledge about yourself and your power style.
All workshops are held in a safe space. We work in a protected learning environment with like-minded people who prioritize the safety (physical and emotional) of all participants.
