LAKE MENTAL HEAL, INC is a private Mental Health provider and is not associated with any state, county or city government. We do provide mental health services for state, county and city employees as a provider for their insurance companies. We provide mental health services for the public. Lake Mental Health accepts ALL insurance assignments, and we have a sliding fee schedule to meet any budget.
Lake Mental Health also accepts Medicaid (health ease and healthy kids) We are also providers for your company EAP’s.

Appointments are available on short notice. We try to have available appointments that fit your needs for day and hour. We are currently seeing Children, Adolescents, Adults and Couples. Psychiatric services are available through our referral network. We do not provide pharmaceutical services. The type of therapy provided will always depend upon the patient’s needs, as all patients are unique and individual.
